Bu kapsamda 15 Temmuz Demokrasi Meydan\u0131\u2019na bir sabit kan toplama merkezi in\u015fa edilecek. T\u00fcrk K\u0131z\u0131lay\u2019\u0131na \u015fehrin merkezinde sabit bir kan toplama merkezi tahsis etmek i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara ba\u015flad\u0131k.
