Komite Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130mdat Delican, konuyla ilgili yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgilendirme a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda pasaport \u00fczerine yap\u0131lan IMEI kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n hassas bir konu oldu\u011funa vurgu yaparak; \u201cBir\u00e7ok t\u00fcketici vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fclkelerden ak\u0131ll\u0131 telefon ya da SIM Kart destekli tabletler ve bilgisayarlar sat\u0131n al\u0131yorlar ve \u00f6zellikle vize gerektirmeyen \u00fclkelere giri\u015f-\u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yap\u0131larak sat\u0131n al\u0131m tercih ediliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
120 G\u00fcn \u0130\u00e7erisinde Kay\u0131t Ettirilmez ise Kullan\u0131m D\u0131\u015f\u0131 Kal\u0131yor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n IMEI cihaz\u0131n 15 haneli kimlik numaras\u0131d\u0131r. BTK taraf\u0131ndan y\u0131llard\u0131r uygulanan kural neticesinde al\u0131nan bu cihazlar\u0131n 4 (120 g\u00fcn) ay i\u00e7erisinde kimlik veya pasaport \u00fczerine IMEI kayd\u0131 yapt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor, e\u011fer yap\u0131lmaz ise \u00fcr\u00fcn kullan\u0131lamaz duruma geliyor. 1 Ocak 2023 tarihinden itibaren kay\u0131t \u00fccreti her cihaz i\u00e7in 6090 TL olarak g\u00fcncellenecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cihaz Sadece Kay\u0131tl\u0131 Ki\u015fiye Ait Sim Kart ile \u00c7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 31. Baz\u0131 ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6zellikle kom\u015fu \u00fclkelere giri\u015f-\u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yap\u0131larak sat\u0131n al\u0131nan cihazlar \u00fclkemizde IMEI kayd\u0131 yap\u0131lmadan sat\u0131l\u0131yor ve t\u00fcketiciye bilgi verilmiyor.
