Spor Bilimleri Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019nde bir kokteyl ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bulu\u015fmada Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. Mehmet Sar\u0131b\u0131y\u0131k, personellerin bayram\u0131n\u0131 tek tek tebrik etti. Personeller ise bir araya gelerek bayramla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kenetlenmemizi sa\u011fl\u0131yor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temelleri samimiyet ve kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fc \u00fczerine at\u0131lan bir \u00fcniversite ortam\u0131 olu\u015fturduklar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan SUB\u00dc Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Mehmet Sar\u0131b\u0131y\u0131k, \u201c\u00dcniversitemizin temelini olu\u015fturan kadromuzun sayesinde yeni gelen arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z da hemen uyum sa\u011fl\u0131yorlar. Huzurlu bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 yap\u0131lan i\u015fleri de olumlu y\u00f6nde etkiliyor ve etkin bir i\u015f yapma mekanizmas\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor. Toplum olarak kenetlenmemizi sa\u011flayan bayramlar \u00fcniversitemizdeki kayna\u015fmaya da pozitif y\u00f6nde etki ediyor ve kurumsalla\u015fma yolundaki ad\u0131mlar\u0131 \u00e7ok daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc hale getiriyor.
