Sakarya B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ekrem Y\u00fcce, Erenler\u2019de in\u015fa edilen yeni mantar \u00fcretim tesisinde devam eden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yerinde inceledi. \u00dcretim a\u015famalar\u0131n\u0131 tek tek kontrol eden Ba\u015fkan Y\u00fcce, B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir\u2019in di\u011fer mantar \u00fcretim seralar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda bu tesisin \u00fcretimde b\u00f6lgede ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00f6rnek sisteme sahip oldu\u011funu ifade etti. Sakarya Park\u2019\u0131n hemen kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda nehir kenar\u0131nda hayata ge\u00e7irilen tesiste 5 adet tam otomasyonlu \u00fcretim odas\u0131 bulunuyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Teknolojide \u00f6nc\u00fc sera<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u0130stiridye ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr mantar\u0131n\u0131n yeti\u015ftirilece\u011fi tesisin yak\u0131nda faaliyete girece\u011fini belirten Y\u00fcce, \u201c\u015eehrimizde tar\u0131msal \u00fcretime yo\u011fun bir \u015fekilde devam ediyoruz. \u0130stiridye ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr mantar\u0131 \u00fcretti\u011fimiz tesislerimiz mevcuttu, \u015fimdi vites art\u0131r\u0131yoruz. Yak\u0131n zamanda \u00fcretim faaliyetlerine ba\u015flayacak olan yeni tesisimizde \u00fcretiminin hay\u0131rl\u0131 ve bereketli olmas\u0131n\u0131 diliyorum. \u0130lk y\u0131l hedefimiz yaln\u0131zca bu tesis \u00f6zelinde 50 tondur. \u0130nan\u0131yoruz ki teknolojisiyle, otomasyon sistemleriyle, topraks\u0131z tar\u0131mda b\u00f6lgenin ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00f6rne\u011fi olacak bir tesisi haz\u0131r hale getirdik\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5 otomasyonlu \u00fcretim odas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Ba\u015fkan Ekrem Y\u00fcce\u2019nin \u00fczerinde hassasiyetle \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2018tar\u0131msal kalk\u0131nma hamlesi\u2019 hedefli projeler aras\u0131nda yer alan Erenler il\u00e7esi K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckesence Mahallesi s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131nda g\u00f6l kenar\u0131ndaki mantar \u00fcretim tesisinde 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda 50 ton mantar \u00fcretilmesi hedefleniyor. \u0130halesi tamamlanan ve in\u015faat a\u015famas\u0131nda sona gelinen tesiste 112 metrekarelik 5 adet tam otomasyonlu \u00fcretim odas\u0131, so\u011fuk hava deposu, paketleme ve personel odalar\u0131 bulunuyor. B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir, mantar \u00fcretim hacmini di\u011fer seralar da d\u00e2hil edildi\u011finde ciddi oranda art\u0131rm\u0131\u015f olacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir\u2019in vitrininde olacak<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00dcretilen mantarlar toptan sat\u0131\u015flar, esnaf ve BELPA\u015e ma\u011fazalar\u0131 vas\u0131tas\u0131yla t\u00fcketiciyle bulu\u015fturulacak. Sakarya\u2019y\u0131 \u00fclkenin en \u00f6nemli istiridye mantar\u0131 \u00fcretim \u00fcss\u00fc yapma hedefiyle hayata ge\u00e7irilen tesiste sonraki a\u015famalarda s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli \u00fcretim modeli de uygulanacak.
